Basically this is, in theory the last posting on this site  and I have a number of  reasons to write.  Firstly, some very long time ago I said I would list in a posting all those for whom I prayed and lit candles in Rome but had no contact details to let them know.  So in the hope that someday they read this, here goes:

     ***********************************************************************

It has been strange to settle back in after such a long time on the road.  I now work full time again (in London) and have met some other people who have walked to Rome or are planning to do so.  We have started a support group called The Confraternity of Pilgrims to Rome - web site is

www.pilgrimstorome.org.uk

My local paper decided to run a competition for web sites so I was spurred on to finish some of the things I had said I would do.  As you will have seen I have also added a photo gallery section.  Hope you enjoy it.

Although I have said this was in theory the last posting, do not be too sure - who knows what might happen in the future!

Take care all
